Director of Operations
Steve Johnson is the newly appointed Director of Kayman Direct, bringing with him an extensive background in sales and operations. With a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, Steve has experience in all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, finance, business development, and call center management.
Prior to joining Kayman Direct, Steve worked as a Regional Sales Training Specialist at Larry H. Miller Automotive, where he was responsible for sales staff development and consulted with dealership GMs and GSMs on sales operations. He has also held various positions at Phil Long Dealerships, where he successfully grew sales and implemented new business models. Steve's expertise in team building, customer satisfaction, and sales and operations management make him an invaluable asset to the Kayman Direct team.
National Account Rep
I have 40 years in the auto industry, working my way from Service Advisor, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, and General Manager, to Business Owner. Additionally, I have 16 years working in the field for GM/Maritz. We started Kayman Direct in January of 2018. We have grown into 30 states and accommodate all brands of the auto industry.
Account Executive
I have been a part of the Kayman Family for over 3 years. I transitioned into the role of Service Account Executive in the last two years and have truly enjoyed working with both our agents and clients in the collaboration efforts of increasing customer retention and profitability for the Dealer.
