Agreement Letter

This agreement is between Kayman Direct and the applicant for outside services stated below. This is not a contract, but an agreement to provide services as an extension of your business services with a professional, thorough, and caring process that delivers obtainable expectations for both customers and your dealership.

Included in the services provided are live agent calls based in the U.S. providing relevant call skills based on the type of calls. Kayman Direct provides custom script creation, data capture, call list review, and monthly reporting.

This agreement is cancelable with a 30-day advance notice.


Outbound Services

Our outbound service calls include lead generating calls, such as maintenance reminders, customer retention calls, and other service calls. We can also call your customers back if they have requested an appointment online, or provide confirmation calls for existing appointments.

Inbound Services

These include First ring calls, Overflow calls, Answering questions, Scheduling Appointments, and Warm Transfers. Inbound Call average is $4.15 per call for the First Ring Overflow setting or Warm transfer appointments. Initial set-up fee is $199, monthly maintenance is $399.
