Prior to joining Kayman Direct, Steve worked as a Regional Sales Training Specialist at Larry H. Miller Automotive, where he was responsible for sales staff development and consulted with dealership GMs and GSMs on sales operations. He has also held various positions at Phil Long Dealerships, where he successfully grew sales and implemented new business models. Steve's expertise in team building, customer satisfaction, and sales and operations management make him an invaluable asset to the Kayman Direct team.

Additionally, I have 16 years working in the field for GM/Maritz. We started Kayman Direct in January of 2018. We have grown into 30 states and accommodate all brands of the auto industry.
